Looking at that video, you can tell by the shape that it's still a form of weather stripping. They come in all types, some are a foam rubber, some stiff rubber and some a very stiff plastic.

All of those quick universal lip kits are just weather stripping form a garage door and some double sided tape, they have actually been around for a while. I don't hate the idea of an electric performance car, and Mitsubishi will probably do a good job at it, I just don't think they should call it an Evo, because to me, its not going to be a real evo. I saw this on facebook, and I recon it look like a holden (And as someone pointed out, a focus also).
