well I have just stepped in the door after a monster of a drive home (800km +) so I hope this makes at least some sense. NSW red plater points = 4
exceed speed by more then 20kph = 4 points
The new rules mean that any red p plater caught speeding will loose their license, the only difference is the size of the fine.
