getting a front lip is on the to do list for me. have a look around and and see if you like the look. it can really change the look of the car. you can either look at some of the $150+ fibreglass/plastic ones, or you can look at the rubber "No Scrape" ones. they look great if done properly...

for the mitsi badge in the boot, do you think i could make a mitsi badge out of ply, cover it in blue carpet and simply cut a slot for it in the existing boot floor?

Yeah, was hoping to get a cheap a/c panel from the wreckers and try that first. ive done basic soldering on small solar panels before but never de soldered. You reckon it's worth a shot?
