Look under ebay thread for the evo motor without turbo etc.
If you motor has some serious damage beyond a timing chain, could be a more economic option.

If hidden online status is so bad, then why is there a hidden forum topic a good thing?

To The nay sayers. As for diesel...think the Audi LeMans racers, not the bus/truck. The diesel will have a turbo. Have you driven an audi diesel recently? Or even the mazda cx5 diesel. They can rev like a petrol! In the mazda it is the superior engine. Now for the electric hybrid bit. Perhaps call i...

I had a bad experience with subaru engine after 80,000 km with piston slap. Subaru would not repair because it was just out side the time warranty. Yes the car can and will do another 200,000 km without failing, however slap will only get worse and it is accelerating the wear . It is embarrassing no...

I hate marketing spin. Lets try to work out what the statement means. 1.5 percent in 8 years, by definition, would your sample size need to extend for a full 10 years? I would think the percentage would increase? Now what does 1.5 reprecent? If they sell 2000 lancers per month, that is 30 cars.! Much...

Cheapest and easiest way to convert is to sell the ralliart, and buy a GSR X.

If you did manage to convert, the ralliart resale would be erroded by something like 10k.

The difference between these two options is $20k in end value.

Yep, resist the time pressure. Just 15 min per day is enough if you want the low cost way to accumulate those motors, tyres, gearboxes eyc.

Sounds like a reasonable fine. 5 meters at 90 kph.... That's 25 metres per second. Allow Half second reaction time should the guy in front brake test you... One bent CJ and your insurance paying to fix a government car as well as your own. Look at it this way: is the fine less than your insurance ex...

And the stick figure family, well one stick figure giving it to stick fugure familes, on the boot. Not sure this is in the spirit of CCJ! Looking go...
