I noticed the same thing. Did this 3 months after buying a brand new Es. The fluid from the clutch slave cylinder was full of air and had a frothy look to it. After bleeding the clutch gear changes where 10x easier.

Yea I wouldn't bother changing the NXF-5911filter if you where changing fluid at 60,000k but I would do it if the car has done around the 100,000k. When I took it out the filter was dirty and black so it is filtering some matter. My guess is its there to filter the smaller matter that would pass thr...

They are motorspec parts. They are available through Repco. Repco also now have a kit with all those parts in it as of recently. Part number for the full kit is GFS1100. Ryco one is pollen only. The Repco filter is charcoal, that's your weight difference. The Repco ones are meant to remove fumes as well as catch dust. They flow a little less but provide fresher air, especially if the car in front of you stinks

I have a set of King springs in my shed I'm not using I'd sell cheap. Pm me if interested. They are still on the old shocks but that can be easily fixed =) (old shocks are gone bang)

it would be classed as a defectable modification. just because people have done it and have not been caught for it doesnt mean its ok. also if you tint rear lights and indicators and find yourself being the cause of a crash have fun getting your insurance to cover you.
