I've been lurking the forum for a long time. Lots of useful information here.

Created an account a long time ago, but due to inactivity, it got automatically shut down.

I can't reset the old password on the old account so I had to create a new account.

I've got a Lancer 2008 ES since new. The only major repair I've had is for the ABS module and that was about 2 years ago.

My next upgrades:
* Head unit - purchased XSP-N1BT. (to be installed)
* Subwoofer (maybe)
* VRX wheels (maybe)

Here is my setup

Performace upgrade:
* Front adjustable strut bar (2017)

Utility upgrade:
* Rear view camera - rear view mirror mount - Dealer installed, after-market (2008)
* Tow bar - dealer install (~2009)
* Roof racks - self install (~2010)
* Center console GPS friction mount (2013)
* DRL. Self install (2015)
* 6.5" Speaker upgrade (2017)
* After market slim weather-shield all around - self install (2017)

Nice! Welcome to the club! I too was a lurker for a while until I thought stuff it lets comment haha, how has the strut bar been treating you in terms of handling?

So I bought it because I wanted to start enjoying my driving a bit more and hopefully solve the body roll problem.

I noticed some steering/handling improvements but it didn't fix my body roll problem.

For example, it's great around round-abouts or instances where there's a change in direction.
At a roundabout, you go slightly left, then half way through the roundabout, you turn right, then when you exit you turn left again.

I seem to be able to apply more consistent power throughout the roundabout than before.

I still get body roll (on 16" wheels) when going hard in a turn.

I imagine 18" wheels with wider tyres would solve part of this problem and maybe sway bars if I want to go more serious.

Sounds like a easy benefit for me for a easy 100 or so bucks! In looking forward to getting one in mine soon!

Yeah man, I think it's probably one of the best bang for buck performance upgrade you can make.
