Advice / Help needed plz :?
I bought a NARDI volante -deep dish corn 350mm racing steering wheel. Can,t figure out what hub adapter or boss kit to use to fit on my 2010 Lancer CVT 2.0.

 There dont seem to be any threads or info on forums about aftermarket steering wheels for (non-evo) CJ Lancers.

NRG hubs are too expensive and are for the Evo X, so not even sure they wud fit, and I already spent so much for the steering wheel, didnt think hubs wud be this expensive. I ended up buying an HKB boss hub adapter...supplier told me it wud fit 2010 lancer and RVRs.

But I dont know if it will really fit. Its laying around I don't plan on mounting it until the snowy winter ends here in Canada.

 Before all the AirbagNazis and SRSnannies jump on me !!, I understand that I wont have an airbag functional, I understand the implication Wanted to do this for a car meet / show . All i would Appreciate would be any answers to help the steering wheel fit in my car :?:
Hopefully just a temporary set-up for the meet, but i love the look noneth'less.

:?:Need Help on any info on fitting aftermarket steering wheels in CJ lancers!? [/u] :?

Unless it's for racing I'm not sure an aftermarket wheel is legal, aka no air bag.

I'm not sure how we can help with just a few pictures.

This forum does not normally allow unroadworthy modifications. I have seen some family members in serious car accidents where the airbags have saved their life.(rant over)

Does the boss centre fit the steering column spline?
Do the attachment holes from the boss fit the steering wheel?

Sorry just noticed you're in Canada, so maybe the laws are different but IMO it would be well worth checking first.

I know it's for show but maybe consider a RA wheel?

Any kit designed for the Evo 10 will fit a standard lancer.

I assume that the Lancers manufactured at different plants are the same except for being right or land hand drive? Or is it like the Camry in Australia which can use noticeably different parts for certain things? That's why the Australian Camry's weren't part of the recall for the acceleration issue a couple of years ago.

No all the lancers ralliart and evo are the same. I will get a ralliart or evo steering wheel soon

Twenty months since his question, long enough for his Canadian winter for sure. But not sure a response will come ...!

certainly seems the forums are not as lively as they once were...

But that happens as peoples tastes and projects change, families happen and marriages/divorces... of the wife/husband and friend kind...
