I need some advice on What/Who/Where & when I have money on buying a replacement bumper after accident & insurance woes..

STORY - An inconsiderate careless driver lost his load on M1 which I had NO WAY TO AVOID & hit (other driver ran away). NRMA claim went through but would only repaint current bumper not replace..NOT HAPPY JAN! Now doing repairs on my own when saved enough!

WHAT will fit a ES front?

WHO in your opinion is cheaper & best service? (carmate, x-factordesign, trustworthy ebay, Other??)

WHERE better? (AUST or cheaper overseas sellers)

BTW i live on Gold Coast...

a Car-mate front which I like but unsure on service..

The ultimate look I wish for...(+side skirts +EVO spoiler)

this - http://clubcj.net/viewtopic.php?t=10447&start=15 if the sale falls through

other than that, just good search reviews on carmate and you should get your answer quickly about them

Has anyone had dealings with CustomStreetFX before???

Ben quoted $550 (unpainted) EVO X Replica ABS Plastic + inc. grills & fog lights... PLUS $250 painted

WoW i think I'm in love....LOL

can be panted with blacked out middle bar, these just for display..

dealer said "will fit a ES front as is not the EVO wide body type" & "ABS plastic is not as fragile as fibreglass ones"... anyone's thoughts??

Yeah Ben is pretty good a Custom FX, a few members have bought LED tail lights from him before.

From I know his bumpers come from the same place the Fake Evo Group buy products come from.

ABS plastic is the best, that is what your stock bumpers are made from it will bend and flex when hitting kurbs and not crack like fibreglass.

 sorry to disappoint you but I love it, even though it is fake.

At very least i could fool most of the general public that its a Evo but not you eagle eye i know.

meh horses for courses, that is a very cheap price for the painting charge many members here have been quoted over $1000 for painting the front EVO bar.

also I think CustomFX is on the gold coast.

Without taking it off it has scratches & small dint. I don't think its structurally sound ATM as at HGWY speeds something in steering does not feel right..

NRMA where to quick to judge to do bog & spray job only when i pay so much for my insurance a year... :x
