ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

I was part of the first X-Factor folding mirror group buy and my mirrors have been working great, But recently the mirror on the driver's side has failed. It does not fold in when I lock the car, I hear the motor turning, but the mirror does not move, sounds like a worn gear.

Has anyone repaired one of these mirrors and can give me some tips on how do fix it ?
