I am still surprised there isn't ANY though. Even bad ones.

If they made some, sure the market isn't big but they'd have it all to themselves.

Unlike America, here in Australia we can't really get away with modding our lights...

All LED lights for lancer sedan, are manufactured in China. The great problem is that the Sportback is not sold in China.

Greetings.

Does anyone know of a company who would make some for the sportback if there was enough interest from sportback owners?
Just thinking we could start an EOI thread that'd show the companies just how much demand there is from us?

To make the tooling for the tail lamps cheap enough to sell tail lamps, you would need close to 1000 interested buyers. And even then you will have pretty high prices for each set. We're talking the US$800 mark per set.

If you can draw up a design and have close to A$100,000 to fund it, Depo in Taiwan will take orders from you.

Remember the Evo doesn't come in Sportback form.
Also sedans outsell sportbacks 10 to 1.

you could mod your tail lights, i saw a post on another forum of someone who modded theirs (mind you it was a sedan but it could be done to either)

as Dire mentioned though the ADR approved side of things won't be legit but you'd have a very unique set of lights :P
