This has been talked about before. I believe you actually have to dremmel out where the LED's sit. Its not really a direct replacement for the reflecters. I could be wrong, my memory aint too good in my old age (17). But even if you were to dremmel it out, probley would be illegal because your modifying the reflectors on your car.

already done i actualy have it on my car. but i didn't like how i did it so im redoing it soon, you pretty much have to cut out the back of the reflector, for it to work. or cut out the bumper. but if you cut the bumper you cannot replace it with stock reflectors. if you wanna know how to do it i can tell you how to do it fully all the way to connecting it. i was gonna make a how to, but i didnt like how it was done so i didn't, but I'm gonna redo it and then make a how to/.

as long as it doesn't replace the indicators.

Obviously I won't drive with them on, that's stupid.. but for show they'd be cool I reckon

electronically, not hard to modulate those reverse lights... even if you couldn't make the $10 kit, you can buy modulators online.

The interior looks like those floor lights on planes to find your way to the emergency exits...
