Headlight adjustment

When you adjust the low beam elevation, does that also adjust where the high beam is pointing, or is there a second adjustment for that somewhere else on the headlight?

I installed some new led bulbs and they basically project at the same height as the high beam, making the high beam redundant. I just want to raise the high beams independently of the low beams now.

They are adjusted together.
I don’t think the Lancer headlights are suitable for led. It’s important the light element is in the correct position as the headlights reflect the light forward. Using different globes omits the lights in a different position causing the light not be be focused correctly. This causes poor light for the driver and REALLY annoying and dangerous blinding to other drivers

Correct led are more suited for Projector style headlights.
