Thank you to those who attended yesterday. It would have meant a lot to Sam. I found the service really nice.
Sam's family really enjoyed meeting you all as they know Sam loved club cj so much.
I enjoyed hearing so many stories about Sam. He was a lovely character who helped and touched so many people.
Club cj received a special mention in his eulogy. That brought a smile to my face.

Sam's car meant a lot to him. I found out Sam had pulled his car apart to fit some light he had ordered before he went to hospital for his chemotherapy. When he came home from hospital he had to finish his car despite his body giving way and unknown to him and others actually dying inside . His determination showed through right to the end. He finished his beloved car to perfection the day before being rushed to hospital.

I miss you buddy and will really miss our long talks about our cars and all the things in our lives.

Sam needs his own special title on the forums (as in alumni etc) for all the details he's put across for the cj's. I know im only a 4-2-1 extractor away from following in his footsteps! :p RIP buddy!

I also enjoyed the fact we got a mention in the eulogy - just goes to show how much of an impact the club made on his life.

I've changed his status to Alumni as a fitting tribute.

All good Ken. It's very sad. I jnow Sam loved his long chats with you. His death came only a week after his treatment surrounded by his family at home. He was a gentleman and is really missed.
