ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

I was just interested in pursuing an idea given to me by another member (bugger it if I can remember who) in the thread regarding the massive megameet.

Basically the idea involved getting the meet covered by a magazine. I said at the time I would pursue it, but had no idea where to go - now we actually have a magazine as a sponsor, I may as well ask.

We could try asking but I'm not hopeful at the moment. My contact now is the operations guy there and he says it'll take awhile for them to get to that point of featuring a car club. Do realise, we can't rush these things. We've only just got them on board. We have 0 subscribes with them as yet and if you read their mag, they hardly ever do a spread on any car clubs. We must be something completely out of the ordinary before they will consider doing a focus on us.

Like 200 CJs from all over Australia in Sydney for an Australia-wide meet. Now that gives us leverage to talk.
