What bumper bar is this?

I was driving past Blacktown Mitsibishi and noticed this car sitting in the lot. It is an SX and has been modded from the dealership. The bumper looks awesome, very evo like. In the picture it isn't very clear but there are rectangular dent I guess you could say similar to the evo, which made me realise that it's not just a standard vinyl job.
I was just wondering if anyone would have a clue what brand it is and if so how much it would be?

That front bar looks exactly like those on PMR Lancers.
Check out Mitch's Lancer.
PMR doesn't sell their kits alone. You'd have to buy it as in a new car.

OK so I got a chance to take a closer look (at another car) and it turns out it is the XDC kit.
Looking around a little I've seen the front number plate housing for around $100.. wondering whether vinyl or that would look better. Anyone got one on their car?
