Just to update everyone now, I'm asking the dealer from 9G Lancers to come on board and join us. Their eyelids are US$34 delivered but NOT painted. Also a Malaysian company.
Our original supplier will be sending me a sample of his product. I've also invited the 9G Lancer dealer to send us a sample of his and I'll let all of you decide which one we go with.

I should update everyone about these.
I got 2 sets of samples:
1 from Scorpion which is going to be A$100 color matched and delivered.
and
1 from ARS Bodykits A$50 for the raw part delivered.
I used the last Melbourne Meet to review these.
The general consensus which the rest of the attendees can attest to are:
Scorpion Product:
+ Fitment
+ Color matched
+ Better quality/finish. Firmer material
- Price
ARS Bodykits:
+ Price
- No color matching service will cost A$50 to paint locally unless you want it matte black.
- Lesser quality. Material seems flimsy
I will put up some pictures soon then open this to order.

It's going to be hard to do blue since there's no such color for Singapore and Malaysia.
They can try based on the paint code but you'll have to accept it even if the color isn't right since they can't check it.
In your case, I'd say get the ARS one and paint it here yourself.

M3 double sided auto-tape stuff...
Same as shadows stuff... same as chrome trim backing... it's good stuff - should stay on the headlights, I GUESS they go ok with heat cos stays on cars even after hot days...
The better quality ones also sorta sit up and over the headlight, they sorta have a lip that holds them on a bit without any tape, but the lesser quality ones did not... Don't think this lip is necessary since they would be taped on anyways, but it's there anyways
