I get this all the time on my group buys.
I had someone send me money on Saturday and asked me today if I got it!? C'mon!

There are jokes but sometimes when people read this after months, they might think the delay is from SpeedCorp's side which really isn't the case. Don't tell me there are dates on the posts some people obviously don't look at dates.

I mean how fast do you logically expect to get it?
Already you've got it cheap, then you want it at double quick time? Surely it's not going to be a matter of life and death. I'm sure people mean it as a joke but at times it comes across as "subtly putting pressure". It's like kids in a car going "Are we there yet?". If we were there, you'd be able to get out of the car or in our case, you would have gotten your tracking number.

I think my humour just doesn't extend so far... .
My fault... .

this is what i have my mind set when i buy aftermarket parts , more so with JDM parts , "It will never come fast".

This way , you won't be putting your hopes too high , hoping everyday that it'll be here soon. Especially if your buying it overseas , there are so many different factors that would contribute into extending the processing time. (manufacturer delay, vendor taking it slowly, stock availability, weather, customs and so on).

Give the boys sometime and they'll eventually get back to you :) Unless it's taking a ridiculous amount.

Yea, agree with Pete, it's a bit like he's got his so we want ours :P

Then we can pay "are we there yet" with the tracking number and the shipping company :D

I know the comments were in jest, but I feel the same way since I'm relying on my distributor to get the intakes shipped and send me the tracking numbers. It's a waiting game for me too. They don't work on the weekends, so they've only had 2 days to get the intakes shipped. I sent them the first few paid orders last Thursday and they got one shipped on Fri. One employee is in charge of filling out the customs forms and shipping labels for all USPS shipments, and this distributor works with many other companies besides mine, so I imagine he's a very busy fellow. Right now they are waiting to get more of the SP1836 intakes and they should have them this week if Injen has them.
SP1835's were in stock and I sent those orders today, so they could ship as early as tomorrow. I will update everyone when I have the info for their order.

More bad news for the SP1837's though.. Shipping costs are vastly higher than expected. I don't know were I went wrong, but the box size is large and I either plugged in the wrong size or only considered the fact the weight was the same. Either way, box size difference results in about 3x the shipping cost via USPS Global Express. That's pretty ridiculous, but space is more of a premium than weight in the shipping business it seems. My aplogies to the 2 of you who wanted the Ralliart intake. If we could ship them together maybe you could get a lower shipping cost and you can both split the difference. That's about the only solution I can think of, but I don't know how far you guys live from eachtoher.

I got word that we got 5 intakes shipped out today. I should get the tracking numbers tomorrow once I'm billed for the shipping charges.

Thanks for your patience guys!
