When I was looking around for lowering springs one of the suspension guys I talked to said that every 2nd set of the Eibach Pro's he had put on a CJ Lancer he had issues with and apparently he had done quite a few, so maybe it would be worth the extra $$$ to get the warranty.

What kind of issues?

The main issue from memory was that they weren't the stipulated height. He also said that a couple in the same set were a different height to each other, e.g. one of the rear springs was higher than the other one straight out of the box. But maybe he just had a bad run.

thats a bit unfortunate. Local might be better if they have had issues in the past..

I'd definitely be in but I am worried about the compatibility with the sportbacks eg- load rating, Spring rates etc etc, If I can get a definite link/ quote that they would be compatible I'd be in for sure.

Sportsback is only a bit heavier than the sedan so it wont make much difference.

I'd still rather not risk It without a bit of factual evidence, just for peace of mind than anything else.

I'm sorry but I can't tell if they're going to drop the sportback the same way. I don't have a definitive response but I doubt it'll be a hiuge difference considering that only the boot area is different. These rest of the car is exactly the same.

At the moment, we've got 4 firm buyers, I can't say I can get any group buy on that.
