I think Andrew(RAwannabe) has his point.

What Phil(Mr. Charisma) says in regards to others might have other emergencies to attend to is a valid point too.

I'm not going to name names, but there are member(s) who I've seen online everyday, even appearing on the chat a couple of times, that have not paid for their items even after a few reminders by ofey. That, in my opinion, is not excusable.

Mr. Charisma I understand your point but those "unnamed" members are the ones I am refering to. also I've never asked Ofey to do anything different, he is doing a great job for organising all these group buys for us, and that's not even his full time job. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work put in for our members. I am Only referring to those unnamed members.

How does dispatching work?

Is it all state member need to have paided before the goods are shipped to them? or is it GB based and all members need to have paided before despatching begins regardless of state?

Just curious, didnt see anything on it anywhere.

This is a new initiative of the group buy system in that we also group post. So I only need to make 1-2 mailings per state.

In the past group buys still ended up with me mailing to each person which wasted alot of my time packing and sending things.

Personal orders are different.

alright for instant "dejayhan" is online and just posted on another thread, yet never heard any reply on when he is going to pay for the item. considering his age I would rethink if he is capable of paying for it.

I think Andrew got his right to demand other payers to pay up as it is not fair to keep everyone waiting. This is not something that cost thousands of $ to save up for, also it's been a while too so it's ok to ask if they're going to pay or not? Forget is not an excuse as you gotta take responsibility for your words and many did, they forgot to pay but after getting a reminder they responded quickly with a payment, that's basic manners IMO.....

Maybe the next GB ofey should set a deadline, any orders which hasn't paid past that date will be forfeited. Makes life a lot easier for ofey and cause less conflicts between members like what we are having at the moment between Chubb & Andrew......chill guys, you're not even on the wrong side to argue with each other LOL

If anyone wants their things faster, perhaps help me drop a note to those who are unpaid. Don't shout or scream at them but just a gentle note for them to pay?

Ignore those on the Philips Halogen bulb group buy as that only recently went to pay now.

But those from the Dash Dandy and Sunglass pocket holders?

Here's the list of unpaid:

Pocket Sunglass Holder

Well, since last night 3 names in ofey's above list ring the bell as I can see they've been posting posts around the forum. I'm not gonna be involved in this since I'm not in this GB in anyway so I can't tell them anything.

If you look at the pocket sunglass holder, I am now A$200 out of pocket.

A$40 on the dash dandy side.

Manageable yes.

But I want all to be paid so I can dispatch.

Don't forget all of this doesn't include postage yet.

So I will be dispatching the day after the torches and bulbs come in. No more delays.
When I set up the posting, I will again be hypothetically A$30 or so out of pocket using Transdirect. X by QLD (2 shipments perhaps) + NSW 2 shipments, I'm another A$120 out.

The amount now blows out to A$360.

I can handle small amounts up front but when it starts blowing out, I get jittery too!


So just to confirm:
1. The 12V spotlights have been paid for. Just waiting for it to arrive.
2. The Philips bulbs are in PAY NOW.
3. The Dash Dandy is all here.
4. The Tyre Dandy is all here.
5. The Pocket Sunglasses are all here.
6. Still missing some Mitsu parts which should be here by next week.

7. The Crees will now be pushed to a later dispatch as I don't want to wait anymore, so increased cost for postage in future. But being so small and light, it shouldn't make a difference.

ATM, I'm hoping to dispatch everything next Friday and close all group buys.

With the X-Factor buy, I'm still waiting on 2 payments. Miss SX and BRI4AN.

Latino Ralliart was involved in quite a bad accident and has asked to pull out.
