cos that sounds like it'd pair with a lip fairly well! able to be lowered, but not lowered for everyday driving!

It's a twist mechanism for adjusting stiffness (it comes up out of where a strut bar goes and you twist it there). For ride height I'm not sure how you adjust that...a similar type thing I'd hope, though I'd imagine it would be slightly harder than twisting a knob.
Same deal for the rrear you just pop the boot and they will be in there where a rear strut is attached.

The set I am looking at are $1800...and they are "cheap". Though that includes full install, setup, balancing etc.
And a crash course in adjusting them
