Man, whoever's at fault should get his licence suspended for no less than a year. It's utterly irresponsible driving causing a major, avoidable accident. Will you be filing charges against him? That moron ought to pay for what he did, and it's not just money.

The safety of today's cars has gone a long way. A driver of let's say an EG Civic would have been killed instantly in a similar collision. I'm glad you're okay, but hopefully, you get over the shock soon and happy new car shopping!

Glad to see you're okay though, that's the most important thing. Please don't buy a WRX for your next car either, that would be silly ;)
