i agree wif spunk. they should of did this ages ago.

they can put color lcds on $50 fones but still dont do it on most cars

for me a colour screen wouldnt fit in with the whole red scheme of the dash illumination,

The first digital dash I can remember was from a limited edition '86 Corona wagon - it only came in a maroon colour - sprots edition or something it was. Ford have also experimented with several digital dashes over the years too.
