Fuel Economy
I was reading the "Things you hate about your lancer" thread and noticed a lot of people mentioning fuel economy. I thought maybe you could list your fuel average, what model, motor and style you have and see if others have similar readings to you. Me first.

You know that you have really got to someone when they invest personal time into tracking you down all over the internet.

Suspected reason why the car is good on fuel - I don't drive it, my wife does!
At one stage on the weekend with not quite a full tank it was telling us that there was 880km to empty. Not quite, but we get at least 650-700 regularly with mostly city driving.

Currently have only driven 300km. Funny thing was the best fuel economy was when I drove the car from the dealership back to my house!

Probably because I have so much crap in my boot, and also i have the full sized spare wheel (steelie) and i'm a bit of a lead foot at times
Best ever: 6.3
That was from Philip Island back to Melbourne on cruise at 102km/h and mainly highway.
Seems unusually high though, even when my car has done 7000+km already this year

10.5 litres/100 km average (22.325 U.S. mpg), which is 5 days to work with some traffic, with at least 1 day cruise to the city. I'm also a bit of a lead foot sometimes. At least it does show similar figures to the EPA ratings on the American counterpart.
It can do an indicated 6.67 litres/100 km (~ 35 U.S. mpg) cruising at 100 km/h, but I have yet to calculate a Melbourne-Sydney trip.

$ Converting C/o Www.Xe.Com
1.10 GBP = 2.00308 AUD
United Kingdom Pounds | Australia Dollars
1 GBP = 1.82098 AUD | 1 AUD = 0.549153 GBP

I dont know how you work yours out but the sound really poor. If i fill my tank 60litre of v-power shell, i get 220mile. from a 2l turbo its about 17mpg here.
Wow.? - I don't get 40Mpg.? - I also get around the 17Mpg too.! - Conversion done -> Here.! <- - Has a chart N all ...
There's heaps of sites, but I used this 1 for converting Klms traveled -> Miles from this site ... Then U can see the range with the conversion on the right.!
