Rotated my tires and did this
Also cleaned the inside, so much easier when off the car.
And used my torque bar set on 98Nm to do them up, so taking that any time I go out of town, even on a day trip.

Replaced front rotors and pads with DBA 2-piece rotors and QFM brake pads. Old rotors were badly warped since I bought the car.
Old Nissan rotors were 13.2kg each, new 2-piece rotors are 8kg each. +50kw right there

Spot the change?
Painted the MIVEC black, just used a tin of black and an artists brush, took all of 5 minutes and looks so much better.

Craig you need to warn members to wear sun glasses before looking at your engine cover.
That must be hard to keep clean and shiny

Could have been worse and I wasn't in the CJ so chalking this one up to experience. This is my first point on my license, yes in over 25 years of driving, god I feel old. So how long in QLD does it take for the point to come off my license and should I notify my insurance?
