Hi my name is Michelle and we've had our '08 VR for just over a year. We absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Although my son reckons we chose the wrong colour! But what does he know?????? The only thing I regret is not spending the extra money and getting the VRX - I would have loved that Rockford stereo, not to mention the front airdams and those gorgeous wheels. Oh well, maybe next time!

Anyway, I joined a while ago but have been a bit slack, so I just wanted to say hi and that I think this site is great!

Welcome to the club Michelle. There isn't a week that goes by where you don't see a set of VRX wheels on E-bay (at decent prices as well) You can get a set with tyres as well for around the 5 to 6 hundred mark. The RF stereo - well you can go aftermarket for better quality at the same price, so you are not missing out on much.

Thanks for the welcome! And for the tips. It's great to know I can come on here and ask for advice, hopefully I won't ask too many stupid questions!!!

There are some VRX wheels on ebay at the moment but he wants $1500 for them :shock: Will keep an eye out......... I also found a post on here for X Factor Design front air dam kits so I emailed them today about freight charges. I also looked at stereos but I've no idea what it all means! I'll have to check out the audio section and ask some questions there......

Lol, BlackBetty. Don't know about that but it does go quicker coz it's red!!!

Welcome aboard michelle! Nothing wrong with red at all mate, Nice choice. The best part about being on this site is you can take your time modding your car and still get all the info, do's and dont's before you go ahead.

Dont know how many girlies are on here actually.......Ill have to ask the admins. :-)

We are not a boys club though, just car enthusiasts who love our Lancers.
