Not really interested in performance, if I wanted that I'd save and trade up to a VRX for the engine jump before anything else.
Just want her looking like MY lancer rather than A lancer, that's what matters to me.

Catch myself staring at it all the time though. They're way too sexy for their price range

My CJ was fairly stockish exterior looks wise for quite a while.

When I hit a kangaroo I started modding her up a bit more because I had to get a loan out to pay for the excess and out of that loan I got myself a spoiler & vortex generator then a little while later the front lip and eyelids :P

I'm with Matt too, wait a little while for the engine to settle in before doing anything performance wise - only thing I've done to mine so far is the RPW flash tune :)

It is an excellent car for it's price range IMO :D
One of the sexiest cars on the road without spending upwards of 100k

Don't worry about the stockishness Jake! I went to the first cruise completely stock :P

And even now, all I have is a RA snorkle and blitz filter, so it still looks completely stock

Yeah its alright.
Followed a red ES with ralliart tail lights back from murdoch hospital (dw nothing serious. Well, it was, its alright now :P).
Was like 'I want those! Oh wait I have a sportback.'

There are sportback ralliart tail lights though. But there's better things to spend money on (and they'd be hard to find!)
Stillllll glad I went sportback. Got a good deal. :D

I'm not the biggest fan of sportsbacks, but I don't like wagons in general :P

I hate wagons.

I like the sportback shape but there is something about the back that isn't right. The bumper isn't much different to a sedan one but it looks much more like a huge stupid lower jaw. Maybe because the number plate isn't in the bumper which gives the back a real face look: eyes (tail lights), mouth (license plate area) and jaw (bumper) look, which makes our brains register it as retarded unless its done completely right :P

Dreading when mitsu does a facelift cos I'm expecting some significant changes to sportbacks, that'll probably make me want to trade mine in.

In the meantime 8)

I saw about 1374 lancers this morning.
Hoping they don't become like WRX's and be mainstream.

Had to wait 2 hours for my 1500km service to finish.
Went for a walk, 15 minutes later remembered I forgot to tell them to put the replacement rear badge on.
Go back and he says 'idk, its a pain to do, it'll probably cost $60 or so'.
Nearly told him to shove it but got the feeling he was playing it safe.
Came back when it was done, didn't charge me for it. Tantrum averted. :D

On shepperton rd, outside officeworks... You press the crossing button, go when its green, but it tells one of the turning lanes to turn at the same time!
Nearly got taken out. POS. I should right a letter. God damn.
K over it :D

Shepperton road, 'nuff said :P

2 weeks ago on a cruise there was a speed cam on shepperton road.

Map was meant to go on orrong road but some people took shortcuts and didnt follow the map, the majority of them got flashed lol

They didn't follow the map - no sympathy from me :P
I heard that two of them were racing at 140ish aswell... they'll be expecting a knock on the door with a cop car and tow truck outside!!

Funny thing is, my first car was written off on shepperton maybe 40m from the lights I was talking about.
