Body kit legal in QLD?

I just saw a kit that I love!! But I know that in QLD your kit is not allowed to have anything sticking out futher than the car. So question would this kit be illegal in QLD?

Any help is muchly appreciated :)

My guess is that the canard part on the front bumber would be illegal but the rest should be ok.
