Dude..... "I told you so" is not fair on you or the other driver....

Shit happens.... Accident's are just that..... and the main thing is you're ok.... Cars can be fixed and SatNav's can be moved to the middle of the dash instead....

I did Pizza run's in my day and even beer home delivery for a time....

Had a guy ram me, on purpose, in about the same spot in my old Barina in the pub carpark - for not serving him 'cause he was drunk....
Fortunately for me there was a cop car turning in to do a drive by check and saw the end of it happen...

Blow in the bag and free ride to the cop shop for him... ;-)

Lucky you were in a CJ and not one of those Domino's Toyota Yaris buzz boxes, it might have been worse. Also lucky that the force of the smash wasn't focussed on the front axle of your car - that would have made repairs a fair bit more costly if the axle/drive set up was damaged.

Shit happens - and then there's tomorrow.

I have my car insured with eCar Insurance but will be changing it to Bingle soon (to save nearly $400). Bingle is also underwritten by AAMI but doesn't insure under 25s - sorry guys....

^^ JC is alright, but their excess is stupid high... in order to get a $1,150 (up from $1,050 AAMI) premium, my excess increased by $400!!! oh well, least they cover unlimited mods...

Bad luck about your car Josh - At least you are ok that's the main thing mate.
I went with Shannons and found them really good and reasonable premiums.
But I'm probably a lot older than a lot of you (47) so maybe that helps (sob**).
